About Ravenhill

Ravenhill is a semi-detached bungalow, set on a quiet residential cul-de-sac in the pretty village of Penally, only 1 mile from the glorious Tenby South Beach.

Renovated throughout in 2023, it has a contemporary, stylish interior with fresh white walls, paneling and washed wood effect floors to give it a beachside feel. Step into the newly fitted modern kitchen with dining space to enjoy family meals, while the spacious sitting room with large bay window is a light and welcoming place to relax. The two rear bedrooms overlook the garden and with their fresh new look, are the perfect retreats. A side gate leads to the enclosed, rear garden with small sloping lawn and steps up to a raised decked area, an ideal sheltered sunny spot to dine alfresco on a summer’s evening. The addition of a hot outdoor shower will wash away the sand and wet suits after a busy day on the beach. Enjoy a coffee and the morning sunshine on the bench to the front of the cottage.

The popular village pub is recommended for food, with a further 2 pubs, bakery and Penally Abbey for a treat, all within walking distance. Spend your days on the golden sands of South Beach, only a 20 minute downhill stroll away, while the historic walled town of Tenby is less than 1 mile away. Here there are a range of shops, pubs and restaurants to explore, wander its cobbled streets, choice of 4 beaches and picturesque harbour. Take a boat trip to Caldey Island, home to Cistercian Monks to soak up its unique peaceful atmosphere or why not try a fishing trip.

A number of family attractions including Heatherton World of Activities, Oakwood Theme Park and Folly Farm are within a short car journey. There are plenty of sporting activities to try including golf at Trefloyne in Penally, as well as a variety of water sports. Take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this magnificent coastline on foot, there are a multitude of beaches to explore including Saundersfoot, Amroth or in the other direction Lydstep, Manorbier and Freshwater East. The bustling market town of Narberth is only a short drive way and offers a range of boutique shops, antique markets and the Queens Hall, for that extra special treat, enjoy a meal at The Grove Hotel. While for history buffs, visit the medieval Castles of Carew or Pembroke, birthplace of Henry VII.

There really is something for everyone within easy reach, making Ravenhill an ideal holiday base for both couples and families.
